They only want us to broker the recruitment advertising for them to reduce their cost and to ensure they are using the industry’s best recruiting solution available. We do the HIGH POWER JOB POSTINGS for them, and then they want to sort through the applicants on their own. This process lasts for 30 days

TK Worldwide writes the ads for your dealership based off a short profile, posts them, and emails resumes into a folder for designated dealership personnel to review and process        

       

Recruitment Advertising + Sourcing (RAS) When you can't find them fast enough!

The dealership wants us to do the HIGH POWER POSTING and also source for the applicants and drive them to the postings (landing pages) to increase the “horse power” of the posting, but then, the dealership handles the applicants on their own. This process lasts for 30 days.

• Resume purchase using filtered key word searches for passive job seekers
• We contact selected applicants via email and alert them to your job opportunity
• This drives interested applicants to the posting (landing page) for them to apply
• The applicant’s resume is then made available to the dealership for review

       

       

Recruitment Advertising + Sourcing + Screening (RAS2) When you need us to find them fast and sort through them for you!

The dealership wants us to do all the advertising, sourcing, screening remotely: They want to find the quality candidates, organize them in folders and provide sorted applicant’s resumes to dealership management. This process lasts for 30 days.

• We contact selected applicants via email and alert them to your job opportunity
• This drives interested applicants to the posting (landing page) for them to apply
• The applicant’s resume is then screened by TK Worldwide dealership representative
• Screened resumes that match the dealership’s criteria are then sorted into separate folders
• The applicant’s resume is then made available to the dealership for processing

       

       

Recruitment Advertising + Sourcing + Screening + Setting (RAS3) When you want us to find the best, sort them out, phone interview them and then deliver them to you by appointment times set by you!

The dealership wants us to do all the advertising, sourcing, screening, an initial phone interview, and then wants us to set appointments to send the candidates in to see the hiring managers, or HR directors to initiate the in dealership interview process with dealership personnel. If however the number of new hires ordered has not been attained in a 30 day period, additional services will be conducted at no additional cost to the dealer until the positions are filled. If the dealership managers find that they don't  have time to train their new hires, TK Worldwide can dispatch a recruiter/facilitator to the location to conduct the training and HR on boarding assistance. Three days is recommended.
