Applicant Screening – We spend time viewing resumes from applicants who have applied for the positions we’ve listed and take various actions on those candidate’s resumes (i.e. send them to the hiring managers, or contact them ourselves for further screening, etc.)
 
Appointment Setting – We contact the applicants by phone and email and set appointments for them to show up at designated locations, dates and times to meet with the hiring managers for in person interviews.
 
Email Campaigns – Using personalized (form) letters, with landing page links and various other features, emails are sent out to selected applicants whose resumes match agency requested specific search criteria.
