About four weeks ago TK Worldwide, Inc contacted me. They asked if we were in need of any salespeople. We were, so I told them yes. They then excitedly explained to me how they could find 6 – 10 trained and qualified salespeople. All I had to do was pay for the advertisement and a small trainer expenses and if any of the salespeople that I chose stayed longer than 90 days I would have to reimburse them for their $549 tuition. It was a no brainer. I put ads in the paper all the time, and I give $500 employee referral fee to our own employees for bringing in salespeople after 90 days. So I agreed. I was amazed at what happened the following Monday. There were applicants from all over that came in. The trainer interviewed them and chose the ones that would most likely succeed. He then trained them until Friday. On Friday I chose the ones I liked and turned the others over to TK Worldwide. I ended up with 6 great salespeople. Five are still with us and I intend on keeping at least 4 of them. I would highly recommend that any dealer in need of salespeople use this service. We intend on using them again when we are in need of more salespeople.
