RE: TK Worldwide and Pete Mazenauer
This “letter of recommendation” is for those of you that struggle to find and retain a quality sales force in the car business. This letter comes easily for me to write. This letter isn’t a sugar coated “favor” to Kevin or Pete; it’s just the truth being told by a person who struggle’s with the same issue as you do! Today I’ll be quite frank about my experiences with my involvement with TK Worldwide and Pete Mazenauer.
I’ve spent the better half of my life in the car business, almost 25 years now. I have always dreaded the “brain damage” of interviewing and the selection process of hiring a quality sales crew. It is time consuming, and quite honestly, a real burden on selling a car today! It can take up the better part of a month if you let it. Sales management today can be overwhelmed by just keeping up with the day-to-day business demands, not to mention the time it takes to recruit, hire, train, and motivate a sales staff.
