I would like to take this time now to critique my “drill instructor” on how he performed in our bootcamp.
I have been a college student for years now and have not paid so close attention to an instructor as I did with Mr. Blank. His real world examples and scenarios of incidents that happened to him in his personal and business life were really interesting and uplifting. He was truly an inspiration and a fine example for me and others to emulate.
Mr. Blank is the type of person that, if anyone were to come in contact with him, they would believe they have met a friend. He is nonjudgmental. That’s what I admire about him. He cares about everyone in the class. Alan did not try to embarrass anyone nor did he put them on the spot. He truly cared about our success in this industry.
Cliff, I’ve got to tell you, you are a greattrainer. Your energy, attitude and enthusiasm are contagious. Thank youfor all of your help and encouragement. I’m so glad your emphasis ison treating the customer right. I’m very excited to move forward withmy new career. I learned so much about selling the right way ,in justone week. Thank you again.
I have never been in sales before, but after this class, I am confident I will be successful selling cars thanks to the training I received from Alan. I hope I can contribute to yours and Alan’s goal to change peoples perspective and opinions regarding car sales. I have been in management and one of the things that always stuck with me is that you have to set your employees up for success. I believe that your program and Alan’s training have done that. The next email I send I plan on sharing my success story with both of you.
